The market for CRM lead management applications grew by 14% in 2017
77% of all reference customers purchased lead management applications to improve business outcomes, 71% — to drive revenue growth and 69% — to support internal and operational efficiencies.
Winning factors that drove reference customers’ vendor decision were product functionality and performance (69%), overall costs (51%), and viewing the vendor as a strategic partner (37%).
