Gruppo De Pasquale is a management consulting firm consisting of six business units: outsourcing, recruitment, temporary work, training, ICT consulting and marketing. The units can either work separately or together to support the needs of the customer in various organizational areas.
Prior to the implementation of bpm’online, the sharing of complete, timely and coherent information amongst the six business units proved challenging. Gruppo De Pasquale sought to integrate different company processes into a single platform, provide real-time information sharing amongst all units which in turn would improve the customer centric culture.
